We require a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as a Web Administrator & Digital Marketer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our website's technical aspects while also driving digital marketing initiatives to enhance our online presence and reach.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring its functionality, performance, and security.
- Monitor website traffic, performance metrics, and user behaviour using analytics tools.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement website enhancements and new features.
- Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Produce compelling multimedia content, such as videos, graphics, and blog posts, to engage audiences and promote brand awareness.
Content Management
- Create and curate engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
- Develop content calendars and schedules to maintain a consistent publishing cadence.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to source content and align messaging with business goals.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor digital marketing KPIs and key metrics to track performance and ROI.
- Generate regular reports and insights on website traffic, audience demographics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in web administration, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Marketing Executive

Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve sales goal and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.
- Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers.
- Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
