1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse our products, select the item(s) you want, choose your preferred options (if applicable), and click Add to Cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order.

You can browse products as guest, however, you have to create an account to check out. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping details, and receive exclusive offers.

No, we ship to only locations within Nigeria. Available locations and shipping fees will be displayed during checkout.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Please contact customer support as soon as possible for assistance.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some items may not be eligible for return.


11. How do I request a refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1421 business days.

Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
